Health and Environment Alliance is looking for a Grants and Fundraising Coordinator

With HEAL’s expanding scope and increasing activities, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Grants and Fundraising Coordinator to join our Brussels-based team.

As our new Grants and Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll join the Operations team where you’ll manage and coordinate all aspects of fundraising, grant management, and donor reporting. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance, policy teams, and senior management to secure funding for HEAL’s projects on air quality, climate, chemicals, and other relevant topics. Your responsibilities will include coordinating grant application processes, monitoring grant execution, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

  • is passionate about HEAL’s mission and ensuring we can lead healthy lives on a healthy planet

  • has a strong experience in grant management and fundraising, preferably in the not-for-profit sector

  • possesses excellent attention to detail, organisational, and planning skills
