As our new Grants and Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll join the Operations team where you’ll manage and coordinate all aspects of fundraising, grant management, and donor reporting. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance, policy teams, and senior management to secure funding for HEAL’s projects on air quality, climate, chemicals, and other relevant topics. Your responsibilities will include coordinating grant application processes, monitoring grant execution, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Are you HEAL’s new Grants and Fundraising Coordinator?

We need someone who:

  • is passionate about HEAL’s mission and ensuring we can lead healthy lives on a healthy planet

  • has a strong experience in grant management and fundraising, preferably in the not-for-profit sector

  • possesses excellent attention to detail, organisational, and planning skills

For more information on the key duties and requirements for this role, please check out the job description. It specifies the criteria we’ll refer to when reviewing applications.

You’ll join a friendly and supportive team of passionate change leaders. We’re based in Brussels in a beautiful office at Mundo Madou, an ethical building located in the heart of the city.

It’s important to us that you feel valued and supported in your role, so here’s what we can offer you:

  • A full-time, permanent contract (part-time negotiable)

  • A gross salary of around 3,400 EUR per month

  • Lunch vouchers and a transport allowance

  • An end-of-year bonus (an extra monthly salary)

  • A DKV hospitalisation insurance policy

  • A complementary pension scheme (HEAL contributes 4% of your monthly salary)

  • A net 154 EUR teleworking and internet allowance per month (our team works flexibly – from the office and from home)

  • Up to 5 additional days of leave each year

You can count on us to help you learn and grow in the job so you can be successful. After completing a robust onboarding programme, you’ll have access to training and learning opportunities. You’ll be able to meet with and get to know lots of partner organisations and constituencies across the health and environment spectrum.

How to apply

To apply for this position, please complete the form below by Sunday 21 July 2024. You’ll need to upload the following files:

  • A cover letter that explains why you think you’d be a good fit for the role and for HEAL
